Is it common to connect 4G briefly then switch to H+ which i assumed 3G? When i connect to 4G and open the unifi apps, it always show 9.95GB LTE data only, weird. Maybe it is my faults like location and old phone. I am asking because the data plan with 4G LTE data is much cheaper

These 2 days, unifi Mobile is giving problem where it keep drop to 3G..

I jus get my free weekly pass after wait for nothing a day long. U need live chat to get the free data after one whole day nothing happen.

I have live chat with them twice before, I have complained to mcmc, I have emailed their mobile support with back and forth replies many times, it's still the same story. Still looking into it

Enough of begging. I am not giving these cheats any more money. They can keep their free weekly data. I have decided to stay permanently with Digi Live.

Digi 1/- infinite internet a day (30/- a month) at 3mbps is good enough. Can still stream Netflix 720p smoothly, can stream my football matches smoothly so far. Yesterday Barcelona vs Liverpool not a single pause.

If I need Digi full speed (can get 25mbps in my area) to download some movies , I just buy 2/- (10gb) for 7am to 1 pm or 1 am to 7am. (This way DL 10 mkv movies at 5gb each will cost me only 10/- more)

In 1 mth I save 40/- over Bebas unlimited.

Yes, I realize that the connection will continue to stick to 3G even I am in the 4G coverage. I think something to do with the carrier side.

digi 1 are prepare plan? Auto renew daily? Or jus period of promotion only?

What I notice from last 2 screenshots from 2 users, the free weekly is given when you already always on weekly bebas but still have to live chat to get it.

For those who don't usually buy weekly bebas pass, only buy when there is promo, no chance to get it. On 21/3 there was promo buy 4gb data get a free weekly pass ... until today not yet get even after numerous live chat with them.

For me .. that is going the last time they ever get money from me. Will use up all the balance till 0 then will decide whether continue using unifi or not.
Anyway .. it is just a backup line, will take years to finish all.

Wrong, look at my screenshot somewhere above. I have been buying weekly add-on continuously without fail for more than a year. I bought the promo buy one Free one on 22nd April, the first day of the promo. Till now I still have yet to receive the free data.

If you looking for cheap plan ride on celcom network, can consider TuneTalk and RedOne, both offer pretty competitive and high data quote.
For unifi mobile, i picked it for never expire data quote. With 8GB, I think it can last me for 3-4 months easily, as I am long usage.

I bought a weekly bebas pass on 26/4, still have yet to receive the free data too. Sigh
Hopefully will get it by 12pm as mentioned in the terms and conditions.

So the app got updated today, a hint for new promo maybe?

Finally i got my free pass today 8.44pm after continuously follow up on same case number.

The prosperity promo in my history disappeared, most likely unifi mobile is preparing for the RM55/month promo.
I believe there should be one coming up since we got it for Deepavali, Christmas, and CNY, only left Hari Raya.
