I haven't received the free weekly data since more than 1 week already. Live chat a few times, still being processed. Anyone else having the same problem?

tympg So I take it that even without a data plan, I can still make/receive calls. And sms too I guess? Thanks

i received mine last nigt. this only after i chat with them 2 times. the 1st time i end up bought another 1 week pass. then they call me saying that after the current pass finish, chat again with them. so last night after my data expired i chat with them asking for the freebies. they said it will take 24 hrs. then i ask if buy the daily pass will it be okay. after the agent check again, she said it take 2 hours. so i wait and it come roughly after 1 hours i chat with them

I got a question, if we do not "verify profile" , scanning IC , what will happen ya? will they ban our sim?

and im not sure whether I hv verified it before or not.

If u verified before, when u click on the verify profile , the system will prompts u "OCR completed".

Nope mine didn’t show OCR completed. Meaning it’s not verified yet? Hv been using it for more than year no problem so far.

I verified my profile few months ago. Even i took all my simcards from TM points.

I tried verify mine just now , after taking photo of the Ic, the address there is a cross , I’m not sure why

how to cancel my unifi mobile line..no careline can use? i tried the careline also no option to speak to any customer service..live chat website also down..

It's not postpaid; just don't use it or top up for more than 90 days.
