I haven't received the free weekly data since more than 1 week already. Live chat a few times, still being processed. Anyone else having the same problem?

I got a question, if we do not "verify profile" , scanning IC , what will happen ya? will they ban our sim?
and im not sure whether I hv verified it before or not.

If u verified before, when u click on the verify profile , the system will prompts u "OCR completed".

how to cancel my unifi mobile line..no careline can use? i tried the careline also no option to speak to any customer service..live chat website also down..
