When live chat with them, they said will be given today (stage by stage) confused.

It's a trick to make you buy another 1 day addon. Be careful don't fall into the trap because once you buy , they won't be able to credit you with the free weekly unlimited one while the 1 day one still active.

For now, I stopped all streaming activities and only use my backup onexox data for general internet browsing while waiting.

If by end of day still no sign, I better buy a kite for tomorrow.

Tomorrow is labour day, if it's not given today, I wonder if we could live chat tomorrow.
Delay again and again, I bought another day RM5 with my sister SIM.

2 more hours till end of the day, bit still no sign of activation yet.

It's a scam, now they ate saying it's for new registration only. BIG BIG SCAM.

Now they said wait another 24 hours again

Live chat with them at 1am, then they made a report and said will be process for 48hours.
Luckily, I received it before 48 hours.

I live chat with them , just before you (3rd time in a day). even argued with them, but till now still no sign.

In the meantime I dig up my old Digi Live prepaid (kept in grace period) and reactivated it by 1 day validity (1/- only). Then bought 1 day unlimited for another 1/- (capped 3mbps).

I was surprised I could stream this morning 3am Champions League match .without buffering.

Maybe I might revert back to Digi infinite 100 postpaid (10 Mbps) and ditch this stupid scam Unifi.

Got to try this too.

3mbps is enough for YouTube streaming without buffering at 480p, and DiGi would run at the max res. 480p only on auto for some plans.

it depends on what app you are using, the time and the popularity of the stream. Since its Spurs vs Ajax at 3 am, I think you can figure why

When its Barcelona vs Liverpool, then we will see how .

Yes correct. But don't make the same mistake as I did. I bought few hours before midnight , then it auto renewed after midnight another 1/- for new day. So in the end I paid 3/- for my mistake. I read you can disable auto renewal, but I don't know if the 1/-
per day unlimited offer will still be available after that.

Contacted via live chat three time today. Still no free pass

Anyone who bought Bebas Weekly on 22/4 already receive the freebies? I didn’t receive at all!! Have contact them through live chat every time told me wait for 24hrs, looks like their 24hrs never end!!

Mine on 23/4 but also same fortune. Have contacted live chat 2 times too but asked me to wait 24 hours

This is an unethical company, no shame. Even complain to mcmc, just as inefficient.

Mine I bought on 22nd April still waiting till now. Complain to their email mobile support multiple times and their official keep saying sorry and looking into it, but still nothing done.

Seems they are following the example of the Apa Malu bossku.

You have to click on Box of Surprise. It's not available to everyone or all the time.
(Ok, pls no more questions about Digi since this is Unifi thread).

But I am real pissed with Unifi mobile because my free weekly unlimited still not given yet. Had no choice but to use Digi for time being. I am not giving any more money to the scammer.
