i faced the same issue last night..only purchase bebas weekly this early morning..missed the free 1 promo,so dissapointed..but i did live chat and complained,and requested them to extend promo period till today since the apps problem yesterday..lets see if they take any action,which i dont think so hahah🤣

By the time tht app up already pass 12am tht why no more promo

ok, so the app caused them to miss the offer on the last day. Unifi should compensate by extending the offer for another day.

I guess don't expect so much from them... Because the more you use on celcom, the more they have to pay celcom...

Most likely the roaming on celcom network will only come into picture when there is no other choice.

Unifi mobile can use torrent? I sometimes stream cartoon from popcorn movies apps for my kids, tether it to the laptop..

No choice ,had to subscribe to 1 day 5/- unlimited for the 1 day delay (buy 1 free 1) while waiting for my free 1 week unlimited to activate.

I also bought one day RM5 to fill in the missing day.
Just assumed that RM5 for "8-days unlimited" add-on.
And, hope everyone could get the free pass on auto.

Alteady 10 am , still no sign of my free activation yet. Wait till 12 deadline, if still no sign, then have to beg.

Bebas purposely do that and see how many people complaint about not getting free pass..
i got one technician who reload to get that Free 1 week Bebas but never come..

Ask him to lodge complaint....selamba say tak payah..

Already 12.10pm, still no activation.

try check the history, sometime they added the complimentary data without notification.

Nope, nothing added

Even their live chat went on strike, not responding

Now CS ask to wait for activation by end of the day it seems.

That is terrible. Luckily this time I didn't buy this promotion.

Called mcmc , they said need several working days to contact them to resolve.
