Unifi Mobile got agent to do port out?

Which network you wish to port to?

After updated to latest app, went to app setting and clear cache. After login again and work okay now. Thanks.

Just go to new telco to apply for port out? I have ported to Digi and Celcom before, no issue and straight ported out within a day.

I mean I wanna port out from D to Unifi Mobile. Do they have agent or the port out process is done through apps only?

You can use unifi mobile apps to port in your D

If you want to go to shop, can go to TM Point.

Can get the SIM card directly from TM Point too.

Too bad. Nowadays one IC can have 1 SIM only.

The last time I asked for alternatives, they suggest use my wife's IC...

BTW, if anybody was wondering about modems, this little plastic fantastic works wonders with Unifi Mobile (Prepaid):



The Prolink PRT7011L. It's probably the cheapest (got mine below RM200, new), lightest and thinnest (yeah it's more compact than your average Huawei E5577) Mifi I know of that supports Band 5/38/40. It's also quite robust, never giving me signal nor WiFi drops through hours and hours of continuous, plugged in use (even through a few Div 2 forays).

Cons? Battery life is "just" 10 hours, build is pure crap plastic, it can get hot in use while charging (and no you can't use it hooked up without the batt in), it's just Cat4/WiFi-n (but hey, 8mbps limit anyway) and no screen (though the Prolink App does help mitigate this).

So yeah, plusses and minuses. Not complaining though as it's performing awesome for the money so far... or at least for as long as UnFM keeps the "unlimited weekly" thing going (even if it's throttled).

those high speed data, 2gb for rm15 or 4gb for rm30 can stack?

Yes, all add ons that doesn't have validity will add up to your existing quota, data sms call minutes etc.

anyone notice unifi sector antenna have some line marking in the middle? How i know ? It tm exchange tower with one antenna only

When I went to the Unifi's page (scroll to bottom for live chat) https://unifi.com.my/personal , they say that this live chat is not for Unifi.

I think what he saying is livechat in app. Under Menu - Support - Live Chat.
