Where you go for live chat?
When I went to the Unifi's page (scroll to bottom for live chat) https://unifi.com.my/personal ,    they say that this live chat is not for Unifi.

Just notice that my bebas plan was deactivated as I haven't used it for a long time. Is there anyway to reactivate the same number?

but no mobile data, how i do even send a WhatsApp message

been using the free 20GB data from unifi mobile since its first launch, finally fully used up the free quota few days ago.

not a heavy data user, ever since using unifi, primary line (Hotlink) only keep active to maintain the number without any data usage. so far so good for unifi mobile although some times indoor could not get 4G signal but could get WiFi or wouldn't stay long, perhaps if buy data in future it will no longer be a problem if without 4G still can use 3G.

but the problem is, i need to topup RM30 monthly in order to stay active, meaning, everymonth i need to pay at least rm30 in order to use the data ( even rm15 for 2 gb, but if your line is inactive, u can't make call or using any data available ) .

i dont think so, your plan is valid for 30 days, but your line isn't, u need to further top up for rm15 for remaining 15 days.

Looks like Unifi has discontinued the 55/- monthly unlimited festive promotions.

xeon1989 They actually give us $- 10GB LTE data (including some free calls and sms]-not sure whether still valid. 

xeon1989  Am ok with unifi's rate for call/sms but don't mind if its cheaper. What telco are you using for calls/sms?

Ha, now only 2GB. Last time was 10GB.

Using same phone (honor 8x) but put in ONLY unifi sim in the tray. No other sim. Works like a charm 👍🏼.!  Meaning it's one selfish son of a bit@h.!! 😂😂😂

is it limit imposed by unifi mobile?

For all unlimited data add-ons, they are capped speed at 7+Mbps. For the free/expensive data, I can get about 20mbps at my home area. But, I only buy unlimited weekly.
I haven't tried unlimited data on phone b4. Is it getting 20mbps on anything? Or ONLY on speed test?

Update.

Inserted Unifi Air sim into my Huawei E-5186-22a router which only support Unifi Band 38.

This is the disappointing result.

Unifi Air sim ( which is advertised as unlimited and up to 20 Mbps) connected at Band 38 only can get 3.xx Mbps.

But my Unifi mobile Bebas Sim in the same router, same Band 38 can give me cappped speed of 7.xx Mbps

Unifi Air must be heavily capped , and half the speed of capped Unifi Bebas.

Tomorrow I will return Unifi Air for a refund.

Keeping number alive. I know we can sms or call but what about miscall let it ring few rings and hang up is it consider keep alive or we need actual payment

Miss call not consider. Alternately you can use the data to keep your number alive.

Is there free basic internet for Unifi Mobile Prepaid?

Or need to buy add-on no matter what
