Will be picking up a 2060 model soon. Have most of the issues been worked out like the SBX sfotware and speakers? Will be taking it overseas for studies so having issues there is not gonna be fun

If the soundblaster work fine out of the box, you are good to go.

The only reason I have problem with it, is because I had to reinstalling it again which can be tricky if you dont know how to do it.

I'll be asking them to fully update drivers and software to make sure it works in that special request section when ordering. Hopefully they'll entertain it. Also, does Throttlestop interfere with anything on the machine? Gotta get temps as low as possible

I had requested for that but it wasn't carried out by them. The drivers installed on my laptop are still mostly outdated and they did not include the latest drivers in a folder too. Drivers and software on their website are also really outdated. guess they were too busy.

I've heard that they are currently updating the drivers page at the moment from my conversation with one of the reps. Hope it'll be fixed soon

yes in the end i had to look for them for the updated software and drivers. to their credit, they responded quite quickly. but it's again a hassle to have to always ask them for new drivers and software. It would be great if they can regularly update their support page.

Hi azim, the webcam issue creeps up back. Is there any updated driver for the webcam? I've contacted the support line today and have not get any respond yet.

Hi Sir, As per checking with my tech rep that there is no webcam driver can be downloaded.
However, is it possible for you to send in your laptop to us for diagnosis? Our tech rep will do the inspection on the spot for you.

Did anyone put any cover or sticker on this area? Bcoz our palm rested on this area while playing game.. wondering if our palm sweat will cause defect on the coating particularly this area in the long run..

I preferred bare bone, if you put stickers later on when you want to peel off the surface which is covered by the sticker might have different color from other parts. Happen to my other laptop before.

Is illegear support still working? Cos they don't reply to whatsapp text message and the support page driver and apps are never updated. They are quite fast to reply previously. Don't know what's going on with their support.

Very sorry for the inconvenience cause. There is some issue on our website regarding the Selenite Intel 9th Gen drivers not being update. We will feedback to you again once we resolve the website issue.

It would be helpful if there was a "last updated" date column in the drivers list.
Would there be an update to control center to have max fan even in office mode? I don't mind the noise but want lower idle temperature while doing non intensive tasks. (Fans turn off automatically after 1 hour for this). And, would it be possible to get the source code for the control center? I would like to develop advanced options for it
