Not to mention some device with single stream (which are many device are ) Even some device only support support 2.4ghz only, for example my Huawei Nova 3i (low to medium price device, release in mid 2018, single stream wifi), no way to benefit 500mbps internet speed.

Anyone know why C3150 connected via LAN only able to achieve 500Mbps +/- unable to hit 800Mbps ?

I only got tplink router + huawei modem.

In email written 3 stuff.

1. High Speed Internet - Residential - lite 100Mbps - router+modem
2. unifi playTV Lite - can watch only using apps (known)
3. Residential Voice - technician said TM only provided phone number, but i need to buy my own phone if want to use the free call.

Is this true for all new subscribers, or am I getting conned?

IMO that bold sentence in 100mbps plan are misleading.
Why mention 600minutes talktime, if you don't want to give free phone.

Does anyone know why the connection keeps dropping every 5-10mins?
I didn't notice this during browsing or streaming video because the videos already buffered but whenever I play online games (battlefield v) I notice that the connection keeps dropping every 5-10mins. can't even finish a single round now.

the one from unifi tp-link archer C1200. should i chamge it?
i'm using the ethernet. every time it happened my wifi down too (checks my phone every time it happens)

Previously when I was using the stock c1200 router, my unifitv was running smoothly via homeplug. When this c1200 rosak I replaced it with Archer A6 and Unifitv is no longer smooth, at times need to reboot the STB. What should I look at for rectification? Ipv6 is disabled n Natboost is enabled.

Like I said, previously I was using c1200 n aztech hl117et homeplug av mini 500mbps n it ran smoothly. Now atter I changed my router to Archer A6 with everything else unchanged my unifitv stalls intermittently. Don't have another router to try since the c1200 is dead.
BTW unifitv is on LAN1 or LAN4 of the A6?

Except for IGMP Snooping was not enable, the rest r the same. Yes IPTV is on LAN1. I have never updated my homeplugs' firmware.
