Any possibility of you swapping your Disney ventures from weekend to weekday? I foresee you gonna have a crazy long queue if you visit weekend. sweat.gif

Others look okay to me. For Mt Fuji viewing, you can either visit kawaguchiko or hakone. Kawaguchiko got bus to go, picking passengers from Shinjuku station, almost once every half an hour. one way journey takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours max. JPY3500/adult if the price didn't fluctuate since 2017. laugh.gif

Pray for your flight no delay and immigration doesn't have issues on your arrival documentations. laugh.gif what you bought? can't you collect elsewhere within the city?

I believe there are other pickup points for you to get your products after purchase. Try check and see. For Tokyo side, I bought my Metro pass and collect in one of the collection point in Shibuya.

2 options:
1. once the plane door open, rush out and run like madman, i did that and manage to reach klook counter before 10pm...
2. worst case if klook counter is closed when you exit...need to return to KIX the next day to collect

option 1 is exciting but risky, may i know what is the success rate of using option 1? don't you need to wait for clearance and luggage?

Disney u better fix it on weekdays in my opinion. Weekend the crowd will be too much for you. also maybe better if u dont put disneysea and disneyland in continous day, it'll be tiring. The parks are huuuugeeee. sweat.gif

Also Ginza on sunday might be better since the closed of part of the road for shoppers use.
For your Day 7, it'll be very rush for u unless you just touch and go kinda tourist. With 4yo in tow, my advice is dun rush it. Odaiba is very nice with the scenery and sea breeze

Thanks for comment. However, my tokyo trip coincides with Japanese spring break school holidays and according to Disney crowd predictor below, it doesnt make any difference, in fact weekday is worst =.=

Agree that under normal circumstances i would have fixed on weekdays instead.

Your thoughts on Odaiba scenery better in the day or night? I may slot it on Day 1 or 4.

Hi i've considered the disney timing in my post above.

On the mt fuji viewing, in my opinion kawaguchiko have better views but hakone have much more activities on the hakone freepass loop. Dilemma dilemma. most likely going with hakone to suit my 4yo.

I dont suggest you do it. You might have a long queue at immigration or customs and the outcome would be the same. Try to make it out to the Klook counter by 10pm is not doable if you ask me. Try pickup elsewhere.

i think the problem here is...for certain passes (e.g: Hiroshima Pass), can only be collected at Klook KIX, no other alternatives

i have checked with Klook on this, they only can advise you to collect the next day

I'll only comment on this - the rest of the members highlighted to you on Disney.

1. Day 6 - Not doable. Too packed, too greedy. Pick max 4 things to do/ visit. Better to be 3.

Sensoji + Nakamise as 1 set of attraction. Shops in Nakamise only start opening roughly around 10am onwards (earliest). Some open at 11am. Same goes with Ameyoko Market.

The Ueno Zoo is big and there are 2 temples to visit inside. This will easily take half a day.

Imperial Palace closes at 5pm and i believe last entry will be at 4pm or 4.30pm.

Shops in Tokyo Station start closing around 8pm or 8.30pm.

Japan is unlike Malaysia where a lot of places may open till late such as 10pm or 10.30pm. Even the Malls or Dept Store closes early. You'll need to check all the places' opening hours and plan accordingly to your priority. Don't forget to buffer time to get lost, take train, walk to attraction etc.

2. Day 7 - Going on a Thursday there's nothing special to see in Ginza. Ginza is more exciting to visit on a Sat or Sun, where you can experience Pedestrian's Heaven (Tengoku Houkousha). Go Google it. Lastly, you can visit Uniqlo in Ginza. This branch boasts one of the largest Uniqlo store in Tokyo.

If you go to DiverCity, one of the main attraction is Gundam Statue. Don't forget to check it out and look for the timing of the performance.

if ur talking JR related pass (e.g Hiroshima, Kansai, or JR Pass), ask for MCO/Exchange Order instead of Klook voucher etc, which allowed u to change em at any major JR station.
u can request Klook for that arrangment (mailing it to u directly).
or otherwise any 3rd party tat sell it which u can collect em (exchange order) at KLIA directly (e.g. Travel Recommend) or JTB malaysia (pay n collect on the spot)

ntdote Disney better in weekdays for less crowd, no? Also, Disneyland would be good for the 4 year old but Disneysea a bit geared towards older kids and adults. If you and wife are theme park fans then can still go of course.

Anyway if you decide to shift days around make sure you check imperial gardens cos they close on certain days of the week (Monday I think but I'm too lazy to look it up).

what u bought from Klook? different passes different method really

usually JR Passes is issued via MCO and then can change at most of the JR ticket office mah. since it's linked to the JR system

unlike those tram, bus, subway passes where Klook just acting like any agent selling those passes.

for e.g. Klook used to have 2 methods of getting the Tokyo Disneyland tickets

1 - They send you a PDF and you self-print the ticket which contains the QR code
2 - You collect the physical entrance ticket from their personel at Maihama station

i bought kansai hiroshima pass, and the Klook agent insisted i can only redeem at KIX counter even though i highlighted many times that my flight will arrive around 9:40pm and won't be able to make it to counter by 10pm.

and the agent kept on repeating "there's nothing we can do, if you can't make it, then return to KIX the following day to collect" x 99 times

i even called HIS counter in KIX to clarify, wasted my money and got the same repeated suggestion

btw for disneyland tickets, can only collect at airports, no longer accept QR scan code at entrance, and yes i have checked with Klook livechat agentS

forgot to mention - i am staying in EM
