How can I remove Unifi TV Pack from my package? Now using Unifi 500Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018) with Ruby Plus Pack 2, getting 800Mbps from the recent "free" upgrade.

I don't need the speed so want to downgrade to a cheaper plan with less speed and no Ruby Plus Pack.

Oh you mean this RM119 Stay with Unifi package was only offered until November? What about any new SWU packages?
How do I get SWU offers anyway? Last year I went to TM Point and asked for a different package but they only offered me the standard ones for new users and when I said I wanted to change to Maxis they didn't offer SWU.

now SWU 4.0, as i ask on end of december, RM119 300mbps, RM139 500mbps, no free router if your device suported

SETI (CH 239) will switch to the HD feed this Saturday. I heard this channel has recently become the 2nd Chinese most-watched channel on the platform. Still, I hope they can bring in at least TVB Xing He as part of their offered channel line-up. 😁

As if what they meant by “HD resolution” could be HD-upscaled ones like CCTV-4 & Now Jelli.

SETI recently launched its native HD feed. I don't watch Now Jelli and CCTV-4 at all. I only watch Celestial Movies, SETI and CCM. So far, they confirmed CCM isn't HD at all. They just output the channel at its original bitrate. 😅

Astro should take note.

So what? Astro is broadcasting their channels at variable bit-rate. They always have troubles transitioning from original ads to in-house ads when it comes to CCM. Also, isn't Astro still using MPEG-2 codec for CCM according to Lyngsat? 😒
