Need some help please! Unifi TV just stopped working suddenly. I already checked the cables, called 100 to reset port, rebooted the router/modem/box.

In the white box's menu, under "Test Network Connection", the Active DNS IP Address is blank, when I Test, DNS and Multicast connectivity are red X.

I can go to the Mosaic, but every channel is a black screen. I enter a channel and after a while a screen icon with an exclamation mark pops up at the bottom right.

Would like to ask some advice.

How can I remove Unifi TV Pack from my package? Now using Unifi 500Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018) with Ruby Plus Pack 2, getting 800Mbps from the recent "free" upgrade.

I don't need the speed so want to downgrade to a cheaper plan with less speed and no Ruby Plus Pack.

My white HyppTV set top box has stopped working.
What TV Box is recommended for Unifi TV + Netflix? From a cursory search in the thread, Mecool KM2 Plus seems good?

If I get a new Android TV, will that allow me to install Unifi TV App on the TV?

Oh you mean this RM119 Stay with Unifi package was only offered until November? What about any new SWU packages?
How do I get SWU offers anyway? Last year I went to TM Point and asked for a different package but they only offered me the standard ones for new users and when I said I wanted to change to Maxis they didn't offer SWU.
