i can login with myunifi apps and website. maybe ur device need to clear cache then login again.

Did that. Log in almost every possible devices: iphone, laptop and ipad. None worked. Call tm hotline and explained everything. Need to wait 24 hours.

How do we stop subscribing add on streaming apps? I tried to search for remove or delete option but failed to find them.

if you mean subscribe ala-carte. you need call cs for teminate ala-carte streaming apps.

Currently my account is Turbo free upgrade 500mbps+ Ultimate Plan. Every month pay RM 179. Not sure if I swap will change to other plan and new charging or not.


I already giveup with DH+ Malaysia but some of movie is not bad. If include will be best.

usually, if u upgrade to ultimate plus or max, there is a new box given + 24m contract.

take note TV pack is independent from broadband, i.e. yr 500mbps if contract free now, will remain contract free.

My HITS NOW On Demand is stated by Unifi TV as “not subscribed.” Live TV Ch 452 is fine without interruption. Sad.
