Those ordered S905x3 boxes can do a benchmark and compare similar S905x3 boxes to see which performs better (using this geekbench score ) :-

1. One box tx3 with 2G/16 got a score of 769 single core and 2194 multi core.

2. One box with Beelink 4G/64GB got a score of 866 single core and 2343 multicore.

tx3 series, from older to newer:

tx3mini - uses amlogic s905w chipset, low end; 2+8, 2+16gb
tx3max - uses same as tx3mini but has bluetooth
tx3 s905x3, commonly now referred to as just tx3 - uses newer s905x3 chipset, 2+16, 4+32, 4+64gb

those live tv u require, they are not provided by the box or any box (u can try buying illegit ones/illegal, no discussion here).
the box is just a shell with hardware; everything needs an app or apk to do... u must install the right ones to do what u r looking for.
astrogo app will give astro channels, playtv@unifi will give those u mentioned - u need subscribers id/pw to get them to work.
these 2 apps require the box to be unrooted - tx3 series has a simple root switch, u just click to unroot.
youtube, kodi are generic - they will work on most/all boxes.

Read somewhere rooted and unrooted in same box isn't good.

Just got my tx3. But my mouse cursor is so big. Anyone know how to make it smaller?

And the picture quality on astro go isn't as clear as my previous tx3 mini, this one seems more saturated and a bit more pixelated. Hmm

So how abt this tx3 WiFi performance?

no ext antenna... average to weak.

just good enough for normal streams at reasonable distance.

dun expect power performance at 100ft!

5G wifi 1 meter away from router only can have 47-50mbps

What ports does this gadget use?
HDMI? VGA? and sound ports have 3.5mm jack same as PC?

Already bought my tx3 as recommended to play astro go, only one problem the picture quality is not sharp and pixeleted. anyone having this problem also?

Settings... display.. hdr to sdr, sdr to hdr both OFF.

screen resolutiom to auto...will be 2160p 60hz for 4k tv.

Color depth ON, color space 420.

For local playback, kodi probably give best results.

The PQ of TX3 is certainly not as good compared to costlier boxes.

But is acceptable. Sharpness a little lacking but not pixelated for astrogo hd channels.

I will try, because my friend bought tx6 and there is no problem when playing astro go the PQ is sharp. maybe it is about setting. i will give feedback.
