Oh yes, I have already filed a complaint with MCMC.

I am still not tied to the plan they promoted to me, during the exclusive deal period, I am presented with various deals, which I have to say yes or no to.
I honestly don't understand why they need to lock me in just to send promoted plans to me.

Finally I got my rm1/unlimited. Been waiting for it for few months already. Have let it idle for 3 months and in April subscribed to BOS rm5/month I think. Then let it idle again. And now, 1st June, I see rm1/unlimited.

Can't say much. Totally happy

Hi Guys,

Sorry if these has been asked before , have some enquiries on Digi 365 before opting to sign for it. Have never gotten a phone from telco before hence the enquiries below

1) Does the phone itself comes with warranty ? For example If I were to get an iphone, the 1st year warranty is covered by apple malaysia or the telco ?
2) I understand that after the 17th month payment for Tier 1 , we can change our phones , Do we change from anytime between the 18-24th month ?
3) If i were to get Tier 1, am I forever stuck with a Tier 1 phone or its interchangeable between 1,2 and 3
4) As i plan to get two of this 365 plan under MY IC , For my dad and me as well , is that possible ?

It's Monday, I spoke to Digi, they said to wait until tomorrow.
If it's still not remove, call them again.

Razerpay's 20% Max RM20 coupon seems to work for in-app Digi topup. Can use twice per account.

there is no meter for unlimited calls, if you think that you're not in the unlimited, check the balance after any calls made, any deductions prior to that?

how about using mydigi v7 ? v7 have more usage detail. v8 more bos and deal.

what do u mean?

razerpay can topup DIGI, and you get DIGI topup PIN that can be used at DIGI App?

DiGi friends and family is stuck with you even if u change your plan and your previous FnF number is removed. Anyone experienced this ? wonder if i could complain to MCMC on this

below is my case:
I was a DiGi prepaid user with added 3 FnF with my number before the year of 2017.
In 2017 i changed my DiGi to postpaid with a device plan, hence my FnF is removed.
Yesterday i switch back to DiGi prepaid as my postpaid contract ended, and i try to add FnF for my 1000 minutes free call. It is all fine until the 4th number. A pop up message saying ill be charged RM10 for my 4th FnF number, i though there a mistake somewhere i ended up calling DiGi and they explain that I have used up my 3 slot last time.
I ask them to give me back my the number that i have added previously or give me back my 3 slot and the support just tell me this is how is it. mad.gif
This is just unfair treatment. I have filed a complain with DiGi they say will call me in 24 hours.

This treatment is so unjust mad.gif

hmmm looks like its in the grey area.
Since nowadays comverting postpaid to prepaid and vice-versa is so easy, one can simply do the switch and avoid the fee.

Well i have another trick for u, just transfer ownership to another person. that should reset the FnF
