Reload RM5 every 60, 75 or 90 days to prevent the number from being terminated.

Saitong09 said stay active.
So, you mean just stay in grace period? And will the BOS change when we are in grace period?
If YES, we just wait until it offers RM1 unlimited/day?

Whenever I want to use an expired idle line to buy addon, I will transfer talktime from my active line which will extend the termination date by an additional 90 days. So far every month there is something worth buying.

Interesting. What exclusive deal?

---

*
It's RM90/month, for 40GB internet, 100GB YouTube, unlimited calls, 300 SMS.
On top of that, RM20/month rebate for 12 months.

I didn't even agree to receive any exclusive deal when their customer service called me.
I am not sure how long the exclusive deal period is, but it's ridiculous because they added me to it immediately, but to remove the deal? It is going to take a few working days. I am now stuck with Digi until I don't know when, as contract cannot just be removed by their customer service agent.

After it is removed, I have to go to the new operator to submit for a new MNP request. Ridiculous.

In inactive mode (grace period) you can see through MyDigi app what is on offer for you in BoS, but you cannot buy any BoS item until you become active.

You can extend your grace period validity by buying 1 day validity every now and then.

Grace period is 90 days for Prepaid Live and 75 days for Prepaid Best.

I meant "without buying add-on" = without spending $$.
I know we can extend validity with RM1, but 30 days = RM30. I rather buy 2GB/30 days validity for only RM15.
60 days = RM30

Dunno, stay valid or stay active? Most of my prepaid are valid for about 10 days a month. Haven't really noticed if the BoS changes when validity has expired. I think it does.

I see, so it's that stupid monthly rebate that's keeping you tied in. Yeah, easy to get in but always more difficult to get out of things. Hope DiGi solves it for you soon.

1 day validity is for people who don't need to stay active but want to keep the number "alive". So a user can buy 1 day validity every 70 days and continue monitoring BoS offers all the while. If you want to remain active all the while then 1 day validity is not for you.

I would suggest you to lodge report to MCMC immediately so that they will not drag on and try to delay removing that exclusive pack. Tell MCMC that you do not agree but was added into that deal.
