I tried to port out of Digi, then suddenly I am enrolled to an exclusive deal bullcrap, and then my request was rejected as a result. Has anyone encountered this before?

I didn't even agree to receive any exclusive deal when their customer service called me.
I am not sure how long the exclusive deal period is, but it's ridiculous because they added me to it immediately, but to remove the deal? It is going to take a few working days. I am now stuck with Digi until I don't know when, as contract cannot just be removed by their customer service agent.

After it is removed, I have to go to the new operator to submit for a new MNP request. Ridiculous.

Oh yes, I have already filed a complaint with MCMC.

I am still not tied to the plan they promoted to me, during the exclusive deal period, I am presented with various deals, which I have to say yes or no to.
I honestly don't understand why they need to lock me in just to send promoted plans to me.

It's Monday, I spoke to Digi, they said to wait until tomorrow.
If it's still not remove, call them again.
