I think reputable developer like BRDB, although not as huge as IOI, SPS, EcoWorld or Gamuda, they may not dare to play this double pricing game. It's a good practice for them since they don't always launch new project, so no need any internal sales staff and easier to mark up the price and let the sales agent to sell.
Tower A almost fully sold, I think left 6-7 units and if not mistaken, all Type C. Tower B, a lot of Type C still available, but all high floor mainly facing Wawasan. Type C1 still got 5-6 units and smaller, Type B got 4-5 units.
Maybe Type C, the price is too steep but thought 1,113 sq ft should be the demand size and 650-700k ishh in such Bdr Puteri area, mana tau 800-900k ish bigger sizes sold earlier.
