wow this place is nice, with BRDB standard sure price wont cheap. BRDB come in to IOI territory , good got competition only got improvement

Good location in Bdr Puteri. Near to the access to/from LDP. Lots of eateries nearby too as well as Giant hypermarket.

if the price is right, the target tenant can be quite versatile, from hospital staff, doctors, visitor from outstation (weekly rent) ...but i dont think that's the case...
