yeah there's less incentive compare to other project around bandar puteri...maybe there's demand for this that's why no incentive provided

not sure but i think they are...all the staffs in the showroom are IPG agents...dont think BRDB place their own agent in the showroom

if the packages are different will probably facing the backlash from the current buyers...anyway anyone know how many unit lefts? last time i went there Tower A almost fully sold and Tower B just launched...quite curious about buying rate
