I just paid RM20 getting back RM2. Paying RM20 per day.

Paid RM 70+ got RM 1. Then paid RM 17+ got RM 0.20. Never before got RM 0.20 for paying > RM10. Shake reward really getting lower

I spent like 50 bucks using Favepay x Boost in Mak Chee's restaurant like couple of days ago...

They better gimme that cashback.

That's why I inquired when the intregration cash back campaign kicked start.
I used FavePay+Boost yesterday.
Amount is > RM 15.
*
I also spent at Mak Chee >RM15 on 26th, hopefully can get RM 5. Boost + Fave really the best combination, I'm a super heavy Fave user, now with Boost payment, it's really heaven.

Both of my >RM150 purchases were made on 23/11. I think my wife made 2 purchases on 25/11, not sure if she has her Cashback yet. Tomorrow check.

Update: Wife's 11s cashback came in at 12:36am. Both purchases on 25/11
My son's single 24/11 purchase, came in at 12:12am and my daughter's from 25/11 also at 12:36am.
Not sure, I don't buy PGC anymore. Lazy to wait for it to come. And the amount of plastic that gets thrown away is crazy. Now just use 11s PeV.

I can apply the Boost RM50 LZD voucher to the RM300 PGC card. Just tried so I guess it's OK.

Anyway 11s can be quite rewarding. The weekend was exceptionally kind thanks to the Boost cashback.

*You can get the "RM10 for min RM75 purchase coupon" by playing the football game for a few days. I think 3 days or something like that.
*Does not include the RM1.00 11s credit I got from the spin game nor any CC cashback.
*
Just got my CB from 25th spending, but 26th spending not yet get.
Didn't know got that football game thingy, got all the tier discount except the football game

Boost shake through Fave payment is close to useless. Spent RM 16 from FavePay using Boost, got RM 0.10. How ridiculous. Have been getting RM 0.50, 0.20, 0.10 lately.

Fave merchant cashback also quite useless unless you plan to repeat the same merchant within the next 1-3 months. I.e if you spend RM 15, if 5% Fave merchant CB means only RM 0.75, will anyone repeat visit just because of the RM 0.75?

Not saying Fave is not good, I use Fave the most (it's super good if they have attractive offers). But what I'm saying, if you have better credit card CB option, need to reconsider using Fave+Boost especially if your amount is huge. Don't be misled by the double dip CB from Fave+Boost

Use your "better credit card CB option" to top up boost, if the CB is applicable to boost. Not applicable? Then use it to topup bigPay and then subsequently to topup boost. You will earn "your better credit card" CB + big points + boost CB + Fave CB.

Boost and BP don't accept Amex. Also, I do maintain some balance between withdrawal and spending from Boost & BP. Just for example, say if I spend 2k per month for Boost and withdraw 2.5k. I'll maintain that, rest of the pmt I'll use credit card. I'll still want some withdrawal benefit than spending too much on Boost + BP.

So far,  there's only 2 e-wallets that accept AMEX.

1. FavePay - doesn't have its wallet; many pass through to stored credit card
2. GrabPay - doesn't have cash out option to CASA
*
Yup I'm using both too.
Also, we need to consider when a merchant accept both Boost and Fave, do we want to:-

1) Use Fave with Amex
2) Use Fave with Boost
3) Use Boost

I'm not sure if using Boost directly will get better shake, but I would like to believe so. Boost definitely cannot afford to give similar shake reward if tied to Fave, too many levels of CB already. Probably someone can share when using some of these options and we can compare. So far, from my usage, Fave with Boost gets very low shake.

Yesterday my lunch was FavePay with Boost, 19 ringgit spend and RM1 shake....

QUOTE(coo|dude @ Nov 29 2018, 03:24 PM)
I think boost's cashback has been reduced across board in the recent times.... but for now, maybe best to use FavePay x Boost as they have an extra cashback campaign. You can revert to AMEX after that.
*
Sharing my recent Fave pmt with Boost (I have lots of it, but only can see the recent few):-

FavePay - 4.95%, 1.2%, 0.65%
FaveDeal - 5%, 4.55%, 4.55%, 4.55%, 3.03%, 1.82%

I think we get less with FavePay, but that's just my thoughts.

p/s: Don't forget you get lucky pick with CB after pmt with FaveDeal (FavePay doesn't entitled to it), many might miss out because once you exit the screen, you will not get back the lucky pick already. My above example excludes the lucky pick from FaveDeal.
So probably conclusion is, FaveDeal is much more worth it to use with Boost.

They award different margin for different products, so far I think TM is one of the highest. Lowest should be FavePay

Same here, 2 accounts in my house kena. Started to be really suspicious if this is intentional. Rather than imposing rules on withdrawal/top up, probably they generate some reports and target certain accounts?

Seems funny that they allow the cash to be transferred (else maybe ppl will complaint to BNM etc) but then ppl can't make another transfer so soon. Let's see how long the take to "solve" the issue

Saw the shake notification, then opened Boost. My balance was RM 1,435, so I was like, heck, more than enough to credit the reward. Then after shake, error "over limit" message. Was so excited, means that rewards is >RM 65.

Voila, got my second RM 150 shake. So it's 2/2 now, both shake RM 150. First shake I remembered I spent only once about RM 20. Second shake I spent quite a lot, more than 10 transactions with total amount about 400+

Quickly transferred RM 100 to my friend's Boost account, as I was worried suddenly the shake reward changed or becomes invalid.
Then I shake again, and successfully got the reward

I couldn't be bothered about whatever tnc, saw RM 3 just grabbed max 2 vouchers haha, since can keep until May 2019

QUOTE(imap.cc @ Dec 5 2018, 04:12 PM)
Just use like digi MBO vouhers la, any day, any movie, any single seats, one voucher one ticket. Don't wait until out of stock.

But don't buat bodoh go ask for special tickets like couple seats, mx4d, auro and whatever shit.
*
Very true, I think it's clear enough can redeem any movie any day. Worst case, just RM 3, it's lots of savings and plenty of time to utilise.

Last time bought FavePay cash voucher for Breadstory, then the balance tried to pay with FavePay, staff said cannot. Doesn't make sense to me too that time, I'm still paying the balance, why can't I use FavePay to pay.

It won't be any faster when the cashier is the one who's dragging it, that's why I hate staffs like this...

I just wanna enjoy my meal and pay, why make it so hard for us customers?

In the end it's us who's listening to their commands.

that's the problem with malaysians. always giving in when being bullied. if anyone embarrassed it should be the manager. not sure why are u? lol

I used Boost at Caring Pharmacy that day, staff showed unhappy face, long queue too. Actually the problem still lies with the integration/hw/ease of use. It's indeed quite troublesome actually, she used a separate device to scan, then I key in pw, then printed ticket from device, then key in the code into her cashier terminal, then cashier terminal printed another receipt. All in all few receipts printed, it's indeed very messy lor, they should make it much more seamless and easier for staffs. E-payment should be faster and more convenient, if it takes so long, staff and other customers also will be frustrated too

They were couple of times at Healthlane, where the Boost scanner failed to print the receipt. Without that, they unable to key in the code to their cashier terminal. So they were trying hard to find out how to reprint (the device really not friendly, I helped to to find it, quite hard too). Also, they have to manually select Boost as payment option too at the cashier terminal. It's really not friendly, but of course some integration really seamless

yeah, to make things simple, if merchants do not want us to use Boost, why bother advertising its availability? just make things easy and don't put any Boost stickers at all.
*
I thnk they want us to use, just they unable to control their staffs reaction/attitude.
As management (including Boost), they should also look into how to make things simple for everyone

too many cb promos from boost lately
it is so confusing that all merchants have different cb value, min spending and dateline
boost should standardize all, just like the previous 50% cb (max Rm10 )
*
Maybe that's the purpose haha, to confuse us to simply spend the wrong amount and not getting anything. No need 50% lor, I rather say min spend RM 10 and get RM 2 in cash back for all merchants. Easy.

QUOTE(David83 @ Dec 13 2018, 07:08 PM)
I noticed that they didn't keep ALL transactions history.
Those I made earlier than November 2018 are gone.
*
QUOTE(#Victor @ Dec 13 2018, 07:10 PM)
Yes, that is what more annoying part with the transaction records. I think they only show last X number of transactions. The last transaction that I could see is 14 Nov now, which mean now I can't even trace back on the transactions I made on Taobao during 11.11.
*
This is always my biggest concern and I think one of the biggest disadvantage. It's so risky, I'm normally very careful and check everything every week. But sometimes I forget to check, or I've too many transactions, then those not verified ones got deleted.

Main concern is when I top up and withdraw, I need to verify if my credit is charged correctly, and if my withdrawal has been successful
