For those of you who had your withdrawals reversed, did you guys engage the Boost CS & asked for an explanation?

If you did, can you guys share what the excuse they came up with?

based on my experience, there is a high chance of getting your withdrawal reversed if you make the withdrawal on 30th, 31st, 1st and 2nd day of the month
so.. if u withdraw during non-peak period, it will normally go through smoothly

anyone encounter before receive the payment advise but the money not reflected in bank account yet? Its been half hour since i receive the payment advise email but didnt see the amount in bank...

assuming they follow IBG schedule, you wont get it that fast ... try check later in the afternoon/evening.

How user friendly is this Boost app? I saw them promoting it everywhere.

First saw was at Tiffin Food Court.

oh ok. previously once receive the email advice , i can see the amount reflected immediately. Thought it send the money first then only send email lol.

not sure about favedeals. most of us received Rm5 thru favepay transactions

it is very normal to receive the payment advice email first and then money will only be reflected in your bank account within 3 working days
bear in mind that payment advice doesnt mean that the withdrawal is successful. sometimes withdrawal can still be reversed although u receive payment advice

payment advice email is just "FYI", it could be sent late, sent by maybank2e since boost using m2e bulk transfer.

it's still subjected to any rejection from m2e too.

I received payment advice email at 10.09am. I just checked at M2U, fund is in my account already. What bank did you transfer to?

Yesterday got my withdrawal reversed, today check my bank account and I received the money.
Now I have both the money withdrawn to bank and the money reversed to boost. bangwall.gif
