I have one missing shake reward since mid of Dec and I still don’t get it till now eventhough multiple tickets have been opened and they just closed it directly. So I guess it’s time for me to move on and forget about the shake reward which gives small amount of reward?

btw, today no shake reward for my fave transaction. i raised a ticket in boost app. i also attached screenshot of list of transaction details and shake reward page. but i still received standard answer from hafiz, and it is very disappointing that he marked “solved”.

boost customer service has gone downhill
I paid Unifi bill on 23 Dec until now still no shake reward. Raised the issue with Boost CS 3 times already. Once was ignored these are the other 2 replies:
