anyone encounter before receive the payment advise but the money not reflected in bank account yet? Its been half hour since i receive the payment advise email but didnt see the amount in bank...

oh ok. previously once receive the email advice , i can see the amount reflected immediately. Thought it send the money first then only send email lol.

oo, i was trying to save the tm account in another boost account but hit the account not valid error. Will try tomorrow and see if manage to add or not.

Use boost wallet as payment method to buy voucher in mydigi app. Amoung deducted but transaction failed. Contact digi and they say have to find boost.

Send in support request 2 weeks ago, follow up every few day and they dont bother to reply anything on the issue...

Wonder is it good idea to switch over to boost from tng just for the convenience cost lol seeing how bad is their customer service....
