it serve it purpose but the thing might not be so useful only.

Boost never send SMS. usually by email and in app notification only

I received this too but I forgot to note he number before deleting the SMS... Its weird that I start to receive these SMS after upgrading to premium wallet ..

Photo of I/C is needed only if you intend to use cashout or e-money transfer.

Try call n see whats they are up to. You dont need to provide real id n transfer any money if they ask.

From info at the super shake page we are told to submit the shipping address to participate. How can this be done?

if not mistaken, the moment you try to place token to any of the prize should force you to input those information by forwarding you to another page
