If you're separate statement need separate online account. Create at branch. Sometimes need to open savings account, a few have managed to create without opening savings for some reason.

Because it's worth to have seperate statement supplementary card.
They approved 3 combined statement supplementary card according to the Cs is joint cash back with the mainholder.
That's why I request for black and white.

Want everything exactly follow black and white then please emigrate to other country (down south for example).

Mine, i emailed them, they gave me a single page form to request new card. With one month salary slip.

Officially supplementary users are not eligible for the rebate/reward, same policy applies to other CC and loyalty cards. So you shall complain why your supplementary members are getting extra CB and you shall return the CB to PB!

It is a mistake by PB Card Centre allowing separate statements with different dates. So they mess up the CB calculation for a group of (Principal + all supplementary) and PB is generous to give extra CB for the time being till the loophole is fixed. Don't assume supplementary users can get CB, if they want to enjoy same benefits as principal's, then they shall upgrade to be a principal user.

then using FavePay-Boost to gain the cashback ?

Try this, under Profile Maintenance menu > Manage Card Profile > PB Lifestyle Debit Card - Daily Retail Limit Management

Use PB QM/VS to topup Boost so you get online CB from PB.
Fave App and Boost App must be installed in the same phone.
At Fave App, "My Payment Methods", choose E-wallets (Boost) as Primary, instead of Credit or Debit Card or Online Banking.
You will get rewards from both FavePay and Boost (Shake Reward).

It does not work the way like fave ... no need top up , direct credit to credit card ?

Boost is an e-wallet (prepaid). You need to make sure you have enough credit (e-money) in your e-wallet.

FavePay is not an e-wallet. It is more like an agent.

hmm. I just gotten my new PBB quantum cards via post. Can i know how do i add these card into my existing PBE online account? I cant seems to find these card account in my saving account access?
