Did anyone received their email credit card statement recently? My statement balance date is 8th every month, and normally I would get the email by 9th, however up till now there is none yet.

normally how fast that the bank will send us the gift (xiao mi watch). my wife punya already more than 60days but still no receive yet. call customer service service they say need to check with marketing dept.

i noticed PB Visa Sig always need to call centre to have the cashback for favepay.. not sure you guys having the same issue ?
how about PB Quantum ? is it having the same issue ? as i havent use this for favepay yet.

i called PBB ystday hoping to skip the need to fill up the application form again to apply for Quantum as i am existing Visa Signature user.
The CS told me i gotta fill up the form again, and need my IC, 3 months pay slip, EA form and also the slip which i used to pay tax when i filed my tax in april..
was wondering what a hassle...
