another who choose to believe customer service rather than seasoned forumers here.

Did anyone received their email credit card statement recently? My statement balance date is 8th every month, and normally I would get the email by 9th, however up till now there is none yet.

normally how fast that the bank will send us the gift (xiao mi watch). my wife punya already more than 60days but still no receive yet. call customer service service they say need to check with marketing dept.

He/She can ask and it is an open secret. The card centre and customer service officers know it as well and they are telling the truth. They are helpful.
It is PB Card Centre or maybe the I.T. side not willing or feel reluctant to stop the loophole!

But he/she asked something Black and White which is not tally with the PDS/T&C, he/she is too smart!

many believe in black and white evidence rather that testimony.

If they believe in b/w, then just follow and don't separate the supp statement then. This one already know it works but still go and pester the bank. Too free.

i noticed PB Visa Sig always need to call centre to have the cashback for favepay.. not sure you guys having the same issue ?

how about PB Quantum ? is it having the same issue ?
as i havent use this for favepay yet.

i called PBB ystday hoping to skip the need to fill up the application form again to apply for Quantum as i am existing Visa Signature user.

The CS told me i gotta fill up the form again, and need my IC, 3 months pay slip, EA form and also the slip which i used to pay tax when i filed my tax in april..

was wondering what a hassle...

i filled up the form and gave my latest 1 month pay slip only.

well, i didn't ask them how to go about. i just filled the form, attach the payslip and send to them.

I call cs he said help me submit application without any document. He informed I'll receive sms if the card approve.
