recently just apply the quantum 2 credit card. manage to get the card approved and received my card. after my spending (mostly on big pay transaction).

after checking with CS and they said big pay transaction is not consider a Retail Transaction.

so my question here is are the quantum master card is eligible for us to get rebate 5% ?

normally how fast that the bank will send us the gift (xiao mi watch). my wife punya already more than 60days but still no receive yet. call customer service service they say need to check with marketing dept.
