your failure is at the branch's reader cannot read your mykad.

i've given you the online link to create PBe account using CC number, have you even try it? what is the results?

I managed to create PBe for CC without any bank account.
It is all up to the CS at branch, to submit your request or not.

if it is a principal cc then no problem.
supplementary cc is an issue.

I refer to supp cardholder.
It is DO-able.

ACCOUNT NOT AUTHORISED

then no choice but to resolve it at branch.

with your current issue at the branch you visited earlier, you can try at other PBB branch.

Due to privacy concern, I doubt you can.

Then i have to create multiple account to manage my supps
