Hi, is Quantum cards 0% interest flexi-pay still available in 2019? Couldn't find details on PBE website.

they (branch banker/pbe call center) said the supp card holder must own either saving/current/loan account in order to have PBe and hence can then link the creditcard into PBe.

if i keyed in the wrong CVV, will the transaction still go through?

hi all,
would like to know on below condition for PB VS Annual Fee Waiver First year annual fee is waived for principal and supplementary cardmembers. Subsequent years' annual fee waived is subject to 12 swipes in the preceding 12 months. to waived the fee, i need to call to Public bank? or it will auto waive after i swipes 12 times? |

Just got my Quantum 2 cards via RinggitPlus. I don't want Quantum visa, can I not activate it and still receive AirAsia Voucher from RinggitPlus? (Or can I waive SST if must activate Quantum Visa?) Thanks  |
