BTW got my statement yesterday noticed SST charged to my Quantum Visa which never used... Call CS to cancel the VISA and they do it on the spot and was told no need to pay for the SST..

Just to double confirm at here, I want to apply pbb quantum master credit card without quantum visa credit card. Can I just cancel quantum visa credit card (which comes with bundle) without activation (so that no need to pay another sst)?

Yes, i did the same thing 2 weeks ago. received both cards, called CS and request terminate only Visa. Effective immediately. |
