for those working in singapore can apply malaysia credit card or not ?

Possible if you are Malaysian citizen.
Apply with your income/tax documents. No harm to try.
But it is up to the bank to approve or reject your application.

in the end my cc approved. Applied platinum visa, ringgitplus give me master also. checked with the cs, said need 12 swipes per yrs per card for annual fee waiver, on the spot i request cancel master.
not eligible for 3 luggage bags promotion from pbb since applied via ringgitplus.

to get 3 luggage bags from pbb, the new card member need transact rm300 for each card.
May i know if ringgitplus also need both card to redeem the airasia rm200 voucher since i cancelled master?

Can, but for public bank, the currency conversion is 1 to 1. Mean if the card minimum income requirement is RM24000, ur income in singapore must have min S$24000.

1) I am confused by the above TnC of the “Apply for PB Card Now and Get Complimentary Gift and Cash Rebate” Campaign

Does it mean for Quantum card, the cumulative spend for eligibility criteria is only RM300 (and not RM300+RM300) for both VISA & Masters Quantum ?

2) I plan to cancel the Visa Quantum and just keep the Masters Quantum.
a) Wonder if anyone has cancelled one of the cards and still eligible for previous free gift promo campaigns?
b) Is minimum spending amount still RM300 ?

3) While BP transactions and online insurance premium payment via AIA and Prudential website are eligible for cashback, will these transactions qualify as "eligible transactions" for purpose of free gift promo?

i walked in to PBB branch and requested for this, but they said cannot.
called to PBB card center, but they said cannot.
called to PBe, they also said cannot.

YOU cannot apply.

the supp cardholder, must apply themselves because PBe is tied to their NRIC, not yours.

of coz.. the supp card holder is my spouse.. shown the IC and banker said IC does not have any info when slotted into IC-checker with thumbprint on the spot.

IC chip spoiled?

thumbprint verified is on the thumbprint template stoed in the chip.

the photo is stored separately.

the textual details is stored separately too.


if the reader cannot retrieve the info, possibly partial faulty? should ask them try another reader.... try the mykad at other kiosks (eg. epf) see if the reader can read the mykad.
