Went over to KLSE interview yesterday.
Arrived at 3.45pm and finish interview at 6.30pm
Being told by the Manager saying that have to wait 1-2weeks in getting know whether am i shortlisted on now.
After having my dinner, arrived my home not more than 5mins, handphone rings up...i'm xxxx calling from HSBC...congraz you are shortlised!
wow....stunned at the moment...so fast!

nothing fancy about global support executive.... the reason they set up here is because they want to fully utilize the cheap labours


Added on November 30, 2009, 7:12 pmi been to the interview and ppl there are not very professional......
i mean at the end this is more like a calling centre or some telemarketing job.... infront of the comp...

I'm not sure the exact amount but could be abt few hundred ppl at this moment & will hire more this year as lots of migration will be in, the reason because it's 24/7..

if u stil dunno how's the process, here it is:

1st stage, besides interview wit HR,have to do test, simple math and english questions..
then they'll call u if u pass the test, go for 2nd interview..panel consist of 2 ppl...
then u go back, u wait for their call..

They provided shuttle buses to pick up staff from each pick up point in which they will explain it to new staff on the orientation day itself.
