Certain dept got transferred to india so the affected were given the options to move to another team.

Hdpm is still here to stay for another 3-4 years maybe longer if our currency keep dropping.

Why big dream? Few of my colleagues move to front office. One wrnt to london.

Keep educating yourself and be positive. I was with the strategic role which oversees the sales and support side of the bank (not HSBC of course), and my bank was lean in terms of structure.
