Hi there, i'm looking out for a landed property and somehow elmina caught my eye. i'm eyeing a sub sales at valley 1. any opinion on this?
heard from developer there's a new strate title releasing soon too, probaly 3rd or 4th quater of the year.

Just for info, i'm renting my elmina valley 2 at RM1,350 a month. Anyone else renting out their unit? Paying installment at about RM2,700
