I noticed my XS Max don’t auto update my app anymore when it is connected to Wi-Fi and charging. Wonder what is wrong? I checked the settings, nothing has been changed.

Since iOS 12 didn’t work with auto update apps anymore

🤔 it was definitely working when I started using the phone (12.0 or was it 12.0.1), not sure was is 12.1 breaking it or not.

Enabled and disable, then log out and log back in iTunes. Let’s see if this fixes it.

Never notices after switch on airplane mode for each morning will auto update.
Even already click on automatic update.

For my XR as well.

Anyone getting the hong kong set xs? Is it dual sim card too? My iphone xs max is hk set just used for 3 days thinking to swap with xs because the phone too huge and not getting used to it.

XS still remain as nano + eSim.

XR & Max only comes with dual physica SIM card slot.

BTW XR more comfortable than Max or XS.

yeah, that's the thing I can buy original apple usb type c cable and 30 watt apple charger with 300 ringgit. since she have new unbox HK set and I've 13 days old local set. I've nego with her to topup 100 ringgit. but no respons. I tried too google for plane tickets to KL. the adhoc price could get to 350-400. just to get esim . very frustrated that I cant use the dual sim ability during work trip. normally we depart from KLIA but this time I'll be using ferry from Setulang Laut johor.

I ve updated to 12.1.1 beta 2 , I think the battery is slightly better than 12.1. u can minimize the background use like location,true tone,animation option and raise to wake...or maybe u can use all black wallpaper.for me it work but only for 5-10 percent .but from the youtube review XR got the best battery usage between xs (because it has smaller battery capacity) and xs max.

Yeah, your options are pretty limited considering your current location and the timeframe you have before your trip. If it's a newly sealed set then might be worth it.

My iphone is running IOS 12.1 already but when connected to itunes, it show a newer version of the iphone softeare is aviable (Version 12.1) How come like that ah? It is about 3.16GB download! Should i download since my iphone is arleaddy 12.1?

Just let it update on phone less troublesome than stuck at iTunes updates

I noticed in Shopee a lot of sellers are selling Xs Max below the market price of RM 300 - 400. Most of the seller claims that the phone is from US, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Any idea whether these sellers are selling genuine iPhones ?

Thanks. Notice that T&L is selling at cheaper price as well. Is the retail price of iPhone lower in Hong Kong ? Warranty wise the phone should be able to be service locally because of international warranty ?

HK doesn't tax for electronic gadgets so yes their price is lower than ours.
