If you have better choices, yes change to other ISP.

I think it's a mistake from their billing department. I shared my story before in last thread, have to dig out the post again.

Today received feedback from TM, regarding Rye 100 Mbps turbo upgrade to 500 Mbps instead of 800 Mbps. The explanation in E-mail is infra limitation. But CS told me is package price discount in TM system.
My ticket is closed. No hope to get back 800Mbps.

But they still don't want Turbo me. I am not account owner, thinking to change ownership... If not very susah if want visit TM Point every time.

Last time I complaint about no Turbo. Then I think they cancel my Ruby RM30. Mean RM189-30=RM159.

The infra limitation is pure crap by them.

Few staffs from different TM Point outlets also confirmed to me it is due to pricing that they cannot offer me 800Mbps.

Then too bad, owner needs to walk-in all the time.

I did try to complain to TM Live Chat about needing to pay RM219 (before Service Tax) instead of RM199 (like maybe around 50% of the ppl here paying for?) for Turbo 800mbps

Then they actually ask me for a Account Number to refer haha.

Sadly I dont have an actual account number to continue escalate.

New offer is RM129 for 100Mbps. Can consider that.

But this won't be further Turbo-ed. Still a good choice though.

True, but 800Mbps or even 500Mbps might not be what you want, if you don't have the equipment to support the speed.

By some country it does known as FO modem, but common known as BTU/ ONU. But you know la, some people here still refer to it as modem
