IMO, this won't work as they will ask for account identification which almost all users will not post. It is understandable why users won't post, and it is also understandable why TM would want it for verification. And I think in the end it will not help anyway because they will just say that something is wrong with that account, or its a special case, or its a mistake or whatever other excuse. And you will be helpless.
Pick a number between 79 and 199 by increment of 10 and there are users with a package for that price. We all know that. They also know that. They do not need any proof from us. They have all the records to look at. Its then obvious that they don't want to do anything about it, whether you show proof or not.

This 25% discount was said a few months ago. Supposed to happen by end of the year. Package prices have already been adjusted by telcos. For example the new RM129 100M package. Why do we think there is going to be further discounts?

For price reduction, you should go to actual TMPoint as I don't think dealers can do.Not sure what is your package and what reduction you are looking for, but you can first try calling 100 sales department.
