You won't get turbo if you apply under your name, and if you want to do that just to get new router, better to buy your own.

but if you apply new line, you will have new contract and i dont think they are offering 50mbps to be turbo-ed.

IMO, this won't work as they will ask for account identification which almost all users will not post. It is understandable why users won't post, and it is also understandable why TM would want it for verification. And I think in the end it will not help anyway because they will just say that something is wrong with that account, or its a special case, or its a mistake or whatever other excuse. And you will be helpless.

Pick a number between 79 and 199 by increment of 10 and there are users with a package for that price. We all know that. They also know that. They do not need any proof from us. They have all the records to look at. Its then obvious that they don't want to do anything about it, whether you show proof or not.

This 25% discount was said a few months ago. Supposed to happen by end of the year. Package prices have already been adjusted by telcos. For example the new RM129 100M package. Why do we think there is going to be further discounts?

Will be interesting to see if you get turbo to 800M or 500M based on your price.

One way to double check on this is to try and see if any neighbours on your road have got 800M.

For price reduction, you should go to actual TMPoint as I don't think dealers can do.Not sure what is your package and what reduction you are looking for, but you can first try calling 100 sales department.

I remember in this topic in previous versions, when turbo first started, 100M users were reporting getting turbo to 800M. I do not remember anyone getting 500M instead at that time. This 500M instead of 800M only started maybe a few weeks ago. Of course, this is just based on what is posted here. maybe users out there have been getting 500M from the beginning but are not on the forums here. We have to check with friends outside this forum to get more info.

I think you are entitled to get RM119 30mbps.

The plan name in my Unifi Portal changed from "Unifi Advance 30 Mbps" to "Unifi 30Mbps non-fiber plan".

Price changed from 169 to 119.

Of course, TM did do some home work also. If that area has time and TM still don't give RM 199 for 800 Mbps ?

Yeah, so many posts that cannot keep up who got what. I suggest you call 100 sales dept and ask. You may get the reduction to RM119 like some others. And if you're not in contract, maybe they will offer something to retain you. Please try before going TMPoint. Let us know.

Hmm. These are landed areas, not high rise and will not get TIME.
