Uncle, try to make sure that the limit is not cause by the site you are downloading from. Some free hosting does limit free download at a certain speed.

a good server to try is nvidia's; download drivers from there
when I was on 100MBps it was easy to get max speed when downloading from there

Connection seems to be stable.

But can't access to Outlook mail and Bing.

More likely ms sites are down or there is a submarine cable outage. Was watching Netflix and using my phone on WiFi last night and early this morning, no problems.

Still no issues here for Outlook and Bing.

I'm on the 175.137.xxx.xxx range with no issues.

This could be a routing issue for certain IP ranges, i recall something like this happening in the past when i used streamyx.

Something definitely wrong , getting 160-200 ping on asia server for fortnite , and cant even sign in to Black ops 4.

Those one unifi ipv6 also have no issue. Those on ipv4 sure koyak.

unifi come back to normal. last nite can't access any website. test speed still 50-55mbps. but can't access from google chrome. still buffer microsoft website. windows 10.

not true. in my exp, unifi has NEVER capped DL even for torrents.

just u try others ways to do it since it is possible certain apps or sites restrict.

and u gotta be aware how no. of seeds and peers affect DL speed.

again, my exp... no need messing around... just default.

100mbps can get max 12MBps easy. it gets harder as u go up... e.g. 500mbps, dun expect same ease to get 60MBps.

google chrome can't access, still buffer but microsoft edge can access any website. don't have problem.

I tried both IP started with 42 and 60, both having issues. Battlefield 5 game servers based in Singapore getting high packet loss and over 150ms latency. Youtube also unable to buffer or load properly.
