anyone knows how to get those tray version proc? i think many of those 3800CZ available in tray version

well last time 3800cz exist in box and offered the good fellow JY14.
That time its only 4 boxes.And sadly me no budget at that time....

i ask john about it..he said all goes to noobie already,who doesnt even know what is overclock..

no worries, i already checked with jy14 last time.
The stepping is 0717XPMW if i remember correctly
not a good stepping actually, at most can hit 3.3Ghz only
im looking for insane stepping that can hit 3.6GHz...
hopefully can get it. Really need to find out where are those tray version proc.
I remember last time there is a guy call jian yi in LYN bring in tray version 3800+ ......

err........isnt dblooi already talked about his F3 proc many moon ago?
even got screenshot and other stuff too..

but for your info,im searching high and low for f3 proc.for roughly 1month.
Change proc thrice bcoz of frustrated hehehe

F3 doesnt available in Malaysia for low end model...CZbox right now that have F3 proc is above 5200+

u mean cpu multiplier? It's something like CPU VID control in bios if not mistaken.
F3 windsor= CZ . that's for sure.
however, CZ is not godlike, some CZs not good also.
But no matter how bad it is, i think shouldn't be a problem to hit 3GHz
I've bought it in all IT hypermarket, LYP.
There are alot of 5200CZ in LYP when i went there last time,
i just choose 1 of them which i think should be the best stepping available.
My 5200cz not a really good stepping 1, stop at 3.35GHz.
i pumped 1.68vcore in order to get it.
i use water cooling

Is it called NPT FID contoller? But there's no 10.5 options for it; and I'm running on 10.5 CPU multiplier currently....

yeah its 10.5 multiplier for auto on am2 4000+..u can set lower for x9,x10 or else

but try to use 10.5 la.. don use below,else u want target high HT

target the proc speed is better ar..

brisby 3600...i already tried x9 ...still fail orthos after few min..tried increasing voltage to 1.42V still orthos failed...VFsb to has been increased to 1.3V..still no effect...

thats y i ought to try my luck with x8.5...but still the stable one would be x8..last time try at 2.84Ghz..running orthos 6 hours no prob...

He said Phenom allocated to come in around mid October....
