just installed Time 100mbps yesterday.
a bit unhappy because of the signal unable to get inside my bedroom.
i'm living in a 1200sqft apartment.

does original out of box time router ec230-g1 already enable the Beamforming function? does it have that function? does it really work?
how complicated to enable that function?

Anyone got the contact of agent or sales manager of TIME for Bayan Lepas area in Penang?

I've seen some workers claiming to be from TIME installing some wires in the longkang behind my house in the past few weeks. Am i gonna get TIME coverage in my area or are those cables for another purpose? For what it's worth i live in a terrace house in Penang so i'm kinda skeptical since so far, TIME only seems to provide service to high rise buildings.

Been with TIME for a few years now, thinking that the router needs an upgrade... Thinking if I should buy my own router or sign up for another 2 years contract hmmm

guys, anyone have experience with wiring management for fiber cable? what is the best way to lay the fiber cable like this? was considering putting silicon on the flooring skirting, would that any issue?

Time is expected to to finish up installing facilities in 2 weeks time

If I were to change over, time will not include phone line right?

I wish to keep the number .

Does time handle the internet migration or do I need to cancel by ownself?

so i'm planning to get another router for all my personal devices (pc, phone, tablet, gaming consoles, tv etc) what would you guys recommend?

looking at the ax20 or ax50 is that okay?

Trying to terminate my account but has problem using the Terminate Service form at https://pleasestaywith.time.com.my/.
I have tried several times submitting the completed form and each time I live chat but always told that there never receive termination request. What is the best way to ensure Time terminate my subscription. (Still on contract till Jan 2021 ).
Reasons for termination:
My whole family has been in Melbourne since Jan 2020 with the Covid-19 lockdown. Not sure when we can return to KL. Has ask for account suspension but was told not possible. Been paying monthly but not using/login since Jan.

Hope more condos in Ipoh will be wired by Time Fibre after this.

my package was 500mbps but i get like 200mbps +-. i go to the time website and click diagnose it show my fiber reading was high.
What can I do?
Is it due to fiber reading high so my network get so slow?
