From selfcare website, they only allow upgrade but not downgrade?.

My contract with them is already over.

Can 200Mbps request to get public IP? Or they only offer to 600Mbps and above?

I thought someone here managed to get public ip on 200mbps after Time switched to private ip by default on all plans.
