Hi,
You must convert your no lock-in contract plan to a 24-month contract plan within 24 months of service activation.
Once completed, you will receive a monthly rebate of RM50, which will be automatically used to offset your bill.

For non-Malaysian subscribers, the RM500 foreigner deposit will apply upon contract conversion and it will be taken from this rebate.
Standard deposit refund rules apply.

This broadband service is based of best effort basis, there is no SLA/SLG & no compensation, but that does not mean if there is any problem it will be left unsolved.

Hi, once your line is activated, it deemed you are already bound to the contract.
You have the option & right to highlight the problem in the docket and request TIME to resolve it.

Hi, nope, the phone package that you are having is Voice Basic, which is no rental & pay-per-use basis.
RM99/month +6% SST remains the same even though you don't use the phone.

Hi, if the service is ready & tested, you can sign up immediately.

Despite during MCO earlier stages, the connections are having some hiccups but overall the performance is still far above acceptable range.

If you are streaming on single device via LAN, then it's fine. If you are still tied within the minimum contract (2 years), then it will reset.

Usually cases like this will take months to resolve depends on complexity. Just out of curiosity, would you mind pm me the building name ?

Standard Installation

20m of optical fibre will be given for FREE, from point-of-entry into your house to your ONU (aka Fibre Modem) location.
Point-Of-Entry usually will be your main door, window, side wall etc, depends on case-by-case basis. (Note : Risky method is not allowed)
Additional length will be charged at RM10/m.

Concealed job or over ceiling or other non-standard way of Installation will result additional charge.
