Hi Guys, please kindly help to group your complaints here :
A) Issue Facing : Eg: Slowness at night, typically 9pm--12am Daytime, back to normal ?
B) Speed Peculiarity Happened on : (i) speedtest showing extremely low speed (pics appreciated) (ii) no issue streaming Youtube/Netflix/Vimeo (iii) protocol preferenced at HTTP
C) Affected Building
D) Account Details (i) Service ID -- TBBNxxxxxxG
E) Any existing Complaint ID ?

Important Announcement
All Installation work including installation and assurance involving attendance of installer at customer premises will stop after 12pm today.
Those Installations scheduled after 20 Mar will be reschedule by TIME until further notice.

Hi Guys, We advise don't request for any Service Relocation now as Installation is temporarily halted for now until the MCO is lifted. Moreover, there are many buildings that have barred all contractors from entering the premises. Stay Safe Everyone  Thanks.
