want to ask, what router does TIME provide for new applicant now? do they use single device or 2 devices with BTU?

Early last month installed TIME fiber, no contract. This month needs to move to another unit so last 2 weeks I asked how to relocated.

He said that option available in self-care portal. Told him that its no there, then he reply saying need to wait for account to mature (1 month).

Today contact again, but now said only 24-months can relocated

I read TOC already before sign up, nowhere mention that, when asked about it she linked to FAQ. If told sooner I would've convert earlier before moved out.

hi, 2 separate devices mean got BTU? because my agent told me TIME only 1 device unlike Maxis / Unifi that require BTU

hi...i just purchased a double storey landed house at Puncak Alam (LBS ALAM PERDANA).  Do TIME go any plan to cover the area?

Facing same issues daily but only at night, around after 9pm.

Hi all, I want to change from Unifi to Time soon, due to want to save some money.

Wanna ask if Penang Bayan Lepas area is having good service from Time?

For the 3 years I've using Unifi, I only have 1 downtime and less than 5 times speed drop/high ping problem.

Is using Time more prompted to service downtime or speed drop?

TIME Performance have been really poor lately.

I have been facing frequent slow down and connection drop. Might switch to Unifi if condition persists.

I just called TIME CS, they don't seem to notice any issue at their side as well.

Same poor performance even on a direct PPPOE dial to my fibre modem on my PC.

I was just thinking of installing TIME at my rented house (Palace Court Condominium, Old Klang Road) but I now have several concerns, namely:
1. The recent posts about the service disruptions and slow speed;
Yes service disruptions may occur from time to time if the infra is not 'properly done'.
2. If I were to move and the new place does not support TIME, will I be penalised; and
You have the option to perform Ownership Transfer.
3. Would TIME be better compared to Unifi for streaming and playing online games (PS4) (this mostly goes back to my concern at no.1 above).
Generally TIME's latency is lower. Streaming is not an issue, anyhow there are feedbacks about gaming lagging issues with spiking high latency sometimes.

Thoughts on the above are very much welcomed, thanks in advance.
