I dont understand what is the reason Time does not support 3rd party router. In terms of what exactly?
Which means they don't provide support on that particular 3rd party router. But doesn't mean they don't provide support at all on other things such as infra, ONU etc.

Lets say connection keep DC/LOS/blinking on the internet light, that is totally unrelated to router. Does that means Time will not support in this case?

By the way. Anyone know if we can disable the router/TIME from refreshing the IP address or just using static IP address for the internet portion? Or this is a feature that you need to purchase the business plan for it. (Static IP address)

Currently I am using PPTP VPN to access some of my stuff outside of my home network. Might need some other alternate solution for this.

I'm using TIME 500M ISP with stock router TPlink C1200. The stock router very troublesome with 2.4G wifi and keep disconnecting, while 5G is quite stable and able to get 300M+- on my devices.

Any suggestion if I want to upgrade my router for better wifi speed and coverage? My house is condo and around 1100sqf with 3 bedrooms... Thank you in advance...

Original TIME router's 5Ghz coverage was shitty; I think it was a DLINK 850DL.
Replaced my TIME router with TP-Link's Archer A6.

I am now faced with a problem of incessant reconnecting; where the internet light goes orange then green then orange then green.

What could be the problem?
Router firmware? some config I missed?

Anyone know how to change DNS in TPLink AC1350?
I change in the panel, and also tried to restart the router few times. However the primary still point to TIME DNS and secondary point to 8.8.8.8.

I would like to have fibre connectivity to in my condo unit, as my condo complex is still mostly under VDSL connection, and management has no plans to upgrade either, saying it would cost them to install to every single unit. The condo is also close to 20 years old at this point. But the management has said that some residents have done custom fibre installations to their units in the past and i would like to do the same.

MY question is if it is possible for a custom personal inspection and installation of fibre connectivity to my unit (5 floors up), and how much would it cost?
