guys, what's the best way to pay for TIME Broadband? Boost? TNG?

:'( network down at symphony, sri kembangan since saturday. Just installed then experience network down.

Installation of 500Mbps on 10/12. then network down since 14/12 until today 18/12.
How come suddenly received bill of RM 166.98? Cant see itemize bill also. My package is no include phone and Pay as you used. but I no install phone.

Some dealer/distributor in this forum talk like they have their own team of technician and handle the installation themself.
So all installation are only done by official TIME designated installer
These dealer/distributor only help you register set installation date and provide after sales service
Am i correct ?

i tried to change her router primary DNS and secondary DNS > save and reboot ..but somehow the time broadband DNS is still there as primary , meanwhile my google dns (primary) goes to secondary

any tips?

New TIME user here, i got the 500mbps package but when i test the internet speed with speedtest.net, the result is only around 200mbps. Tested on my phone.

Hi guys, need some advice. I'm subscribed to time internet 500mbps. My router is TP Link AC1200. I can get 500mbps if I connect through LAN but my router is in my living room. For wifi, if I'm in my room, the speed will be around 120 ~ 150 mbps. My pc and ps4 are in my room and I am currently using TP Powerline AV 1200 to ensure stable connection for my games which I get a speed of about 80 ~ 100mbps.

My question is - is it advisable to change to Deco M9 Plus to get a stable and faster internet connection in my room for my gaming purposes? Or any other recommendations?

FYI my house size is about 1200sqft and my room is just next to the living room but the walls in my condo is just so damn.. urgh...

my condo already upgraded with fibre optic...however from the riser to my unit is still using copper.  Most likely have to lay new fibre optic (from the riser to my router point) if i opt for time.
Because my house just renovated with plaster ceiling, can the installer/technician lay the fibre optic inside the plaster ceiling? what are the charges?

Hi, just got my Time installed but I'm having trouble changing my DNS, I've set it on the wi-fi connection on my pc and on the router Primary/Secondary DNS but it seems to always default to Time's DNS. Router is the AC1350.

I am using my Dlink DIR-895L and recently (early Dec '19) an installer changed my black huawei modem to the white one. I have never had this disconnection issues at all before Dec. I am wondering what is going on. I am on 1Gbps plan if that matters.

Just install Time Fibre, the download speed is not stable, sometime is up to 100mbps, sometime only 4mbps.
Time seems purposely limit my speed to 4mbps only, even at non peak hour. Sometime restart router also no use.
Worst than the Unifi, at least unifi speed is stable.

What government department i can submit my complaint ?
Can i cancel without penalty since they didn't even give me half of the speed they promise ?

Hi, I am a noob here. Any sifu can help me with my newly installed TIME internet. Installed some China app on android box to watch China channels. Before moving to new house, using unifi was very smooth to watch. But in new house with time 100mbps, lag every 2 seconds. Buffering speed less than 90KB/s. I troubleshoot by trying installing android box with VPN trial version, become very smooth and blazing fast. So confirm not TIME speed issue but is their throttling which I have no knowledge of.

So the problem is I don’t want to pay VPN. So any Sifu knows how to solve this? Appreciate those willing to help PM me.
