Hi all. I need some help on my TIME internet issue. I was away from malaysia for past 1 year plus. Before i go oversea, i am subscribed to TIME Internet. Now that i am back, how can i continue use the service ? Please guide me on this matter. i chat with some TIME agent and they told me to pay them around 1k to settle. But he is not sure if i can continue with the service after i made the payment. Can anyone help me on this. PM me also can  Thank you in advance and really appreciate if you can guide me.

Were you blacklisted? No need pay dunno who until 1k for dubious settling...WTF!.. If you were blacklisted? And still prefer to use your name.. Just contact TIME directly and work out a solution. Else, can always reg anew using trusted folks info and don't default this time around.

Just some noob question here. Does time use fibre for condo installation? Does it involve drilling into wall or something? My building is slated to get time end of next month. But sked if they drill and i have to pay my landlord the cost. I saw in my unit only have normal telephone port and tv ports

hello Guys..
can someone tell Time to stop updating my router remotely. I'm not using their default router. I got email saying my router failed to be updated and TIME will do the update again soon. Im sure everyone who's changed their router got that email. So how ?

Whether to drill or not will depend on your unit's condition, some units we can avoid drilling. We can't use your existing telephone copper points to serve the home fibre broadband service. Thanks.
