Old Postpaid GX68 for high-speed 4G only, has "unlimited" data monthly and a 5GB hotspot data quota but a monthly FUP data limit of 100GB - thereafter, throttled to 0.5Mbps/512kbps.

New Postpaid U38 for high-speed 5G or 4G, has a monthly data quota of 120GB which can also be Ultra 5G Hotspot'ed - thereafer, throttled to 0.5Mbps.
New Postpaid U68 for high-speed 5G or 4G, has a monthly data quota of 300GB which can also be Ultra 5G Hotspot'ed - thereafter, throttled to 0.5Mbps.

If using 4G or 5G and up to 120GB of data monthly, it's better and cheaper to subscribe to U38.
If using 4G or 5G and up to 300GB of data monthly, it's better to subscribe to U68.

P S - At 0.5Mbps, can still read news/articles or stream videos at 240p. But some video-streaming websites require minimum 360p/1Mbps or even 720p/2.5Mbps.

hello all, im new umobile newbie here who recently ported in from celcom, want to know if u68 has unlimited fb, ig, and youtube?

i try to google around but couldnt find any info other than the video streaming off peak t&c page that was released back in 2014, is this still being enforced?

Is voicemail automatically active on postpaid? If yes, how to deactivate? Called 018-388 1318, no option to deactivate voicemail or speak with Customer Service.

I also called 018-388 1311 (presumed voicemail number), it didn't connect (just disconnected).

Hi guys.. I have been on Mobile for like 8-9 years and every time it's on Device plan.

this year I plan to just do post paid and down grade from P98 to 68. but I find it hard to get information on P68.

1. International Roaming - how many Gig per month?

2. Hotspot how many Gig per month?

assuming U68 and not the old P68

answers to both are how much normal data you have, aka, the 300gb that the plans provide is shared between normal use, hotspot use, roaming use

if it's the old P68 plan, dont think you can even get that plan anymore???

I am on U Postpaid 98.

Currently 15gb for data roaming on 67 countries
Hotspot on meager 5gb.


So suppose I downgrad after my contract is over to U68 it will be 300gb shared on roaming and hotsopt as well. Quite a good deal for me.

note, hotspot will show 5gb, but that's just an extra 5gb for hotspot use only, once you used up that 5gb it starts using from main data pool, it's like that for 38/68/98

as for roaming, yes you get more data BUT countries get reduced to just 3, TH, ID, SG
basically our neighbors
