force B40 to take RM240 plus RM60 in advance to own a 5G device and bundle with higher price monthly internet package. While they can opt for cheaper plan. Gov even said prepaid for B40 so tax exemption. But now forces them to pay tax.
.
Hence, U Mobile and YES YTL are offering much better 5G Rahmah Package upfront.
Will Maxis, Celcom-Digi and TM Unifi Mobile up their 5G Rahmah Package-device bundle offers of "60GB @ RM60 per month" to compete with U Mobile + YES.?
....... Remember the Prepaid Price War of GX38 vs YES40 vs HUP35/45 vs CUP35/45 vs DUP35/45 vs TUM Bebas 35 in June-July 2021.? .......

2023/08/08 - pakej-5g-rahmah-not-worth-it.? Here-are-better-5g-phone-and-postpaid-bundle.
P S - Note that U Mobile has better 4G frequencies (= 1800MHz and 2100 MHz) than YES (= 2600MHz), ie lower frequencies = longer range and better object/wall penetration.
....... YES imposes 36-months' contract (!!!!) for it's normal Postpaid Infinite plans (RM58, RM88, etc) whereas similar normal Postpaid plans from U Mobile (U38, U68, U98) are no-contract. Why 36-months' contract when the norm is 24-months, eg Digi Infinite.?
