At least TM will send technician on next day, else can tell the technician to come on weekend
I recommend you inform TM to send technician to inspect 1st

I get your point. I thought 5G is now more high speed compared with 300mbps (fiber type).
recently I facing an issue with the TIME internet connection.

Hi,

I called U-Mobile and managed to speak with their customer service officer. I want to unsubscribe from their marketing/promotion materials since they keep spamming SMS every single day for 2-3 times a day.

But the officer said they unable to proceed with my request since it's a must for U-mobile cust to receive the sms.

Is this true?

This is the first time as a customer of using any service I've been forced to accept their marketing materials doh.gif rclxub.gif

No way, as i posted before, even i walk in u mobile center, staff say cannot remove those promotinal msg
Sometime even force to read, as pop up on lock screen
I don think other telco will do like this

Just search back my old screenshot

Had block GOV which is "468" but last month still received sms from them sweat.gif

TiME have a good service as well, however they only have a few technical agents in my area. I believe there are just three of them. Previously, only one person covered this "pandan perdana" area. This is the issue: weekends are always packed, and if they aren't, you'll have to wait a few weeks.

Since i registered as overseas voter, i have not received a single sms from any government sms broadcast.

used to get so many

dont know how they know my old number, or why is it related to that?
